Being centrally located in a peaceful suburban, Clear Lake neighborhood. In a prime location, we are located 20 min to Kemah Boardwalk, 5 min to Space Center Houston, and 30 min to Galveston or Downtown Houston. Our house is welcome to big families. Easy access to major highways.

Guest Access

You will have the entire property to yourself! Two car driveway with free street parking along the street. Just make sure to park facing the correct direction . You can be ticketed if cars are parked facing the wrong way. Guest entry is through a smart lock system.

Welcome in! The property is stylishly designed with nice touches and high end finishes throughout. The property is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with a comfortable king bed in the primary with private en-suite. Bedrooms 2-4 updated with queen beds. The newly renovated kitchen boasts granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. The backyard oasis consists of a sport pool with custom fittings for volleyball and basketball. We are pet friendly and we kindly ask you adhere to the designated DOG PARK AREA. Your pet is free to roam the back area, however we do provide a scooper and bags for disposal. BBQ GRILL. For safety reasons and general cleanliness please make sure you dispose of the GREASE DRIP pan AND wipe down the grates with the provided wipes scraper. *** PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $50 CLEANING FEE IF NOT CLEANED**

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She was extremely friendly, took the time to stop by and visit with us, and we truly enjoyed getting to know her and learning more about her story. She recommended a neighborhood bar which had great food and drinks. Communication was excellent throughout our entire stay. she was always responsive, helpful, and attentive to anything we needed. The home itself was beautiful, and we especially loved the heated pool and patio area. it was the perfect space to relax and unwind for our bachelorette weekend! Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we would definitely stay here again 10x over!

This is a great place for a family visiting Houston. The house looks exactly like the pictures and matches the description. It is clean, uncluttered, and had everything we needed. The pool in the back is beautiful and neither too deep or shallow. It has a good size non-sloping shallow end for little kids and a non-sloping deep section for bigger kids and adults. What makes this best for families is the location/safety. Houston can be dicey, and even really nice areas can be dicey. This home is 5-10 minutes off of I-45 north of NASA 1, so very convenient, and tucked back in a winding neighborhood. The neighborhood has a long sidewalk throughout and we saw several couples with young children taking an afternoon walk while we were there. We would not have any hesitation about doing the same, and we really felt like the location made it a gem of an oasis while still being convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommended, and most strongly for families.

This house was perfect for our family! Great space, very clean. The backyard area with the pool was perfect - we really enjoyed it! It’s a super nice space. The location of the house worked really well for us too - less than 30 mins from the main Houston attractions as well as within 30 from Galveston. Also not far from the Kemah boardwalk which was a cute area with rides and restaurants. The neighborhood was very nice and was close by to a lot of good restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Accommodations at this location is top tier. The home is very clean and well maintained. Jamison is great as a host, very responsive. The pool was preheated before our arrival. We really didn't have to leave the premises but to get groceries to cook. Plenty of cookware and dishes. I would recommend this location if your visiting the Houston area.
