Being centrally located in a peaceful suburban, Clear Lake neighborhood. In a prime location, we are located 20 min to Kemah Boardwalk, 5 min to Space Center Houston, and 30 min to Galveston or Downtown Houston. Our house is welcome to big families. Easy access to major highways.

Guest Access

You will have the entire property to yourself! Two car driveway with free street parking along the street. Just make sure to park facing the correct direction . You can be ticketed if cars are parked facing the wrong way. Guest entry is through a smart lock system.

Welcome in! The property is stylishly designed with nice touches and high end finishes throughout. The property is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with a comfortable king bed in the primary with private en-suite. Bedrooms 2-4 updated with queen beds. The newly renovated kitchen boasts granite countertops and new stainless-steel appliances. The backyard oasis consists of a sport pool with custom fittings for volleyball and basketball. We are pet friendly and we kindly ask you adhere to the designated DOG PARK AREA. Your pet is free to roam the back area, however we do provide a scooper and bags for disposal. BBQ GRILL. For safety reasons and general cleanliness please make sure you dispose of the GREASE DRIP pan AND wipe down the grates with the provided wipes scraper. *** PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $50 CLEANING FEE IF NOT CLEANED**

Accommodations at this location is top tier. The home is very clean and well maintained. Jamison is great as a host, very responsive. The pool was preheated before our arrival. We really didn't have to leave the premises but to get groceries to cook. Plenty of cookware and dishes. I would recommend this location if your visiting the Houston area.

fantastic house! we needed an overflow location for a family get together and this house was phenomenal! I loved the convenient location to Clear Lake and Galveston and Houston activities. the pool was pristine. the kitchen was perfect for easy group meals and snacks. check-in and check-out were clear and easy.

Jamison was quick in responding whenever I had a question about something. It was an awesome stay with our family. The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were able to enjoy time in the pool and hot tub and have it heated also. The basketball hoop in the pool was also a nice addition. The firepit outside was also nice to be able to sit around and do smores at the end of the day. There was also a Christmas tree inside along with Christmas lights outside to give it a holiday feel. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.
